Alamitos Land Company
Assumed management control of a large portfolio of raw land, agricultural, oil and gas, and commercial real estate assets from land company established in 1888. For nearly 20 years LDC has continued to provide development management and investment services for this portfolio. Services have included the entitlement, development, design, marketing and sale of lots to the homebuilder community. Assets under management include a large planned residential brownfield redevelopment site and a master planned community in Southern California.
Pomona College
Real estate consultant and pre-development manager to the College for land portfolio. Developed comprehensive business plan comprising the planning, design, entitlement and sale of a 139-lot residential subdivision in the City of Claremont. LDC provided all related management services and acted as owner's representative in the sale of the asset.
Rose Hills Foundation
Owner's representative in the management of numerous land holdings for the Foundation. Provided full land use and planning services in the design, entitlement processing (local, state and federal permitting), and marketing the disposition of assets to investors. Notable results include resolution of regional transportation issues, a multi-species habitat conservation plan, and processing in challenging political environments.
Conexant Corporation
LDC was retained by Conexant Systems to manage the planning, entitlement and disposition of the company’s 25 acre commercial redevelopment property located in Newport Beach, CA. The property was planned in accordance with the City’s General Plan for a mixed use (primarily residential) community.
CalPERS Representation
LDC appointed Company Representative with oversight responsibility for an 8,000 unit master planned community in CA and active adult communities in CA and AZ valued at over $1B.
CWS Capital Partners
Retained by property owner as technical advisors during forward planning, engineering and design phase of a 14-story, 144-unit luxury apartment community in downtown Dallas Texas. LDC provided pre-construction, design, marketing, quality control and lender services.
Los Angeles Lofts Project
In conjunction with a New York based Private Equity partner, LDC is managing the completion of a 80 unit loft adaptive reuse project in downtown Los Angeles. In addition, LDC has undertaken numerous assignments including valuation, due diligence and asset disposition for a number of other private equity entities.
