Geoff R. Le Plastrier – President
Mr. Le Plastrier has over forty years of experience in developing, managing and financing real estate transactions across the U.S. and Australia. Prior to starting LDC, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at Janss Corporation in Los Angeles; division president at The Housing Group, a Newport Beach-based homebuilder and developer; and vice president/chief operating officer at Bixby Ranch Company, a Los Angeles-based investment and development firm. Mr. Le Plastrier is a graduate of University of Technology, Sydney, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Concord Law School.

Jonathan Civita, AICP – Managing Director Consulting Services
Mr. Civita joined LDC in 1998. He operates as Director of the Consulting Services Division with principal responsibilities managing LDC underwriting and advisory service functions. Mr. Civita has sixteen years of development, construction, and land use planning experience and held positions with the State of California, a national public homebuilder and commercial development company. Jonathan holds a BA in Political Science, Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo and is a MBA candidate at Chapman University. He holds professional membership with the American Institute Certified Planners (AICP) and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).

Frawn Morgan – Managing Director Development Services
Ms. Morgan joined LDC in 1998 and is Director of the Development and Asset Management Services Division. She also maintains responsibility for overall company operations. Frawn has over thirty years of business and financial management experience including positions as Accounting Manager for a residential home builder and a commercial real estate developer, and as a senior project manager for complicated land development projects. She has specialized skills in tax-based accounting, institutional level financial reporting and real estate entitlement processing. Ms. Morgan is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Kathy Marvick - Senior Vice President
Ms. Marvick joined LDC in 1998 and is Senior Vice President in charge of underwriting and due diligence investigations, corporate operation audits, development management services and real estate research. Kathy has over 25 years of development and construction experience with both public and private development companies and as a real estate consultant. She holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Donald J. Fike - Senior Associate
Mr. Fike has over thirty-five years of consulting experience and has worked with LDC since 1995. As Senior Associate in Finance, Don oversees LDC advisory services for new and restructured investments with specializations in cash flow and proforma modeling, asset valuations, and development underwriting for all asset classes-including residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family and hospitality. He holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Southern California and a MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California Los Angeles.

Dominic Boitano - Vice President
Mr. Boitano joined LDC in 2009. He brings over a decade of experience in real estate and has operated in roles focused in investment finance, homebuilding, entitlements, acquisitions, civil engineering, and project management. Dominic’s work at LDC spans the asset management, development services, and consulting businesses. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from University of Southern California, and a MBA from Loyola Marymount University. Mr. Boitano is a licensed Broker and Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California.

Michael R. Pearson - Vice President
Mr. Pearson joined LDC in 2009 and supports the company with over fifteen combined years of residential land development, project management and entitlement, and finance experience. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and graduate degrees in Real Estate Development and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. In addition, Michael is a licensed real estate broker and civil engineer.

Kimberly M. Cook - Accounting and IS Manager

Ms. Cook joined LDC in March 2010 as Accounting Manger. She has over ten years of service industry related accounting and administrative experience specializing in process improvements. Previously Kimberly functioned in a similiar capacity for a large Orange County based architecture firm. She serves as a Director on the Board of the American Society of Women Accountants and holds an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach and a MBA from Chapman University.

Kristen Camp - Associate
Ms. Camp joined LDC in 2007, and operates as both project coordination within LDC's asset management and development services division and administers LDC's business development programs. She has over ten years of experience in entitlements, permitting and land development related real estate transactions.

Rose Lam - Associate
Ms. Lam joined LDC in 2007 and is responsible for the company's technical support and data administration division. With over twenty-five years of business and financial management experience including real estate construction, accounting and corporate training, Rose provides specialized skills in database management and institutional reporting. She holds a degree from University of Southern California and is a certified Microsoft training agent.

Emily A. Le Plastrier - Associate
Ms. Le Plastrier joined LDC in 2004. Emily is responsible for coordination of company's executive client relationships and business development, oversees marketing efforts, and directs LDC's community non-profit outreach program. She maintains an degree from Oregon State University and a graduate degree from University of Washington.

Arnette McCrimmon - Associate
Ms. McCrimmon joined LDC in 2009. With Over 15 years of commercial and residential financing and asset management experience, Arnette provides support to LDC's development and lender service operations for institutional clients. Professional history includes joint venture asset and agreement monitoring, loan administration, budget and disbursement review, financial analysis, investor reporting, insurance administration and claims litigation oversight. She is a licensed real estate agent.

Camila Granados - Administration
Ms. Granados joined LDC in 2006 and provides overall administrative support to the management and staff at LDC. She is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in philosphy.
